The Azub TiFly is one of the few fully suspended trikes with pluch suspension.  This trike is priced over $8000 new, and is a joy to ride.  The TiFly is able to adjust in many ways- boom, handlebars, seat-to-handlebar distance, and seat tilt.  These adjustments make for a "custom" fit for each person riding.  The TiFly also folds for ease of transportation and storage.  This trike is in excellent shape and ready to ride!
