This Trek 700 ladies model is a taller 18.5" frame.  With the wider saddle, shock seat post, and adjustable stem, this makes for a comfortable upright ride.  With 21 speeds, this bike can climb steeper hills as well as pedal rapidly along the bike trail.  The aluminum frame and wheels make this a lighter bike, and easier to accelerate.
